Building a Flowering Planter Workshop

A flowering planter means different things to different people. Our workshop will provide the latitude for you to build one to the size, shape and palette that speaks to you in your home and garden. We love a mix of greens with strong structure and white accents here at Snug Harbor Farm. You may want a blast of color and a solid wall of annuals. We invite you to bring your own container to fill or shop from our collection before the class. Speaking of shopping, you’ll have your choice of all things in the greenhouses, the annual tables, trees and shrubs and maybe even perennials (if it warms up and stops raining)! We are equal opportunity container planters. Join us at 1pm on Saturday, May 25th for an hour and a half of sinking your hands into the soil we provide along with advice on successful pairings based on where your planter will live.

This is a perfect time to put together a pot in memory of someone special or create a planter for your summer outdoor space.

Location:  Snug Harbor Farm
Time:  1:00pm – 2:30pm
Workshop Fee: $25.00 for instruction and supplies for planting. Plant material will be charged a la cart.

Class size is limited so sign up early to reserve your spot using the form below.  Please use a separate registration form for each person.  Thank you.
