Kathy will join us at Snug Harbor Farm to celebrate Prelude and demonstrate some of her mad, soup making skills. Come listen, learn and grab a signed copy of her excellent book, Soup Swap, on Friday, December 6th. Admission is free but we recommend you save a seat by registering below.
After her presentation, join us from 4:00pm – 6:00pm as we mingle and enjoy Prelude feasting. The staff is preparing their favorite recipes from collection of cookbooks for sale.
Kathy Gunst is a James Beard, award-winning food journalist. She is the author of 16 cookbooks; her newest book is Rage Baking: The Transformative Power of Flour, Sugar and Women’s Voices (Tiller Press, Simon & Schuster, February 2020). She is the Resident Chef for the award-winning NPR show, Here and Now, heard on over 550 public radio stations nationwide. She writes for the Washington Post, Eating Well, Boston Globe, New York Times, Wall Street Journal and many other publications. She lives, writes, gardens and cooks in southern Maine.
